About the Role: The Logistic Deduction Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing deductions Logistics (e.g.
Shortages & Vendor Compliance), communicating to Logistic/Commercial CDT´s, Customer Alliance any missing support for deduction open items and clearing credit notes vs proper deduction.
Also analyzing and solving customer payment, Collection, Credit Management and Deduction management exceptions.
What you will do: Monitor key performance metrics to measure the quality and efficiency of Deductions (Logistics) and Reporting processes.Lead the month-end process: measure monthly performance against KPIs, prepare summary of commentary, closing meeting slides, Collections, Disputes/Claims Status avoiding impacts on bad debt reserve.Correspond with customers,



CDO and Credit to Cash Local Team regarding past due balances to resolve credit hold situations and involve CDO/CAM if Revenue/Logistic Analyst is unable to get information from the customer.Determine and recommend new strategies within the Reverse Logistic Process for customers.Handle customer requests and escalation to local teams (CDO, CS&L;, Local C2C).Assist with deduction resolution and coordinate with the local team as required.Request approval to move status related to Logistics Deductions to a Collectible Status.Prepare Logistics Deductions Claims and monitor progress.Conduct Monthly Collaboration Meetings with CAM related to Logistics status.Escalate issues with Local CDT Finance.Revisit the Dispute Package Process to ensure accuracy.Follow up on disputes sent to the Customer (AP)



to have the payments back.Utilize the Customer Portal to monitor the Status.Conduct Meetings/Calls with AP/Customers.Engage in continuous cross-functional collaboration (Customer Alliance, C2C, O2I & CDT).Define Roles & Responsibilities.Document workflows for C2C processes.Track end-to-end order process (manually): Validate shortage and vendor compliance deductions.Identify and follow up on refusals.Identify Root Causes & actions initiated.
Other activities include participation and administration of operation and business partnering.Perform customer Logistics analysis utilizing customer financial documentation, payment history, and external (3rd party)



data.Interact with local teams for approvals of customer credit limits and additional information requirements.Analyze and review existing customer payment term change requests.Participate actively in the FEED Principal Strategy and the DE&I; initiative for the team.Engage actively in the Continuous Improvement Process to identify opportunities for Simplification, Standardization & Automation of the C2C processes (Process Mapping, Scripting, and RPA/BOTs).What do you need for this position: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economic, Logistic & Administrative fields.At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance or Administrative Areas.At least 1 year of experience in C2C processes (Desired).Strong oral and written communication skills in English.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
