fulfilling our mission of encouraging people to share their knowledge to win the world by creating, selling and scaling their digital business.What you should know about the job:Our Go-to-Market team, based in LATAM, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong sales and analytical background to join Hotmart's expansion efforts in Spanish-speaking LATAM.As a JR Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients across various segments, contributing significantly to our business growth and market presence.Lead Generation and QualificationGenerate new leads through proactive prospecting and research.Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and segmentations.Utilize tools such as Semrush, Influencity, Meta, Power BI, among others for efficient performance.Client Engagement and ProspectingProspect new clients using diverse social media channels and initiate first contact to qualify leads.Personalize outreach efforts to resonate with potential clients' needs and interests.Answer inquiries and provide commercial information about Hotmart's offerings.CRM Management and Activity TrackingUpdate, register, and manage all client interactions and activities in our CRM system, Salesforce.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.Representation and NetworkingParticipate in relevant industry events and conferences.Build and expand your network within the industry to drive business opportunities.Collaboration and Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with the LATAM squad to improve funnel efficiency and overall sales processes.Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and strategies.Implement A/B testing on contact channels and messages to optimize productivity and results.Generate insightful reports on activities and promote initiatives to improve sales operation performance.Qualifications2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or equivalent sales role.Based in LATAM with a hybrid working model, going three days in the office.Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+)
