The Role: Tech Product Owner

What’s in it for you: As a Tech Product Owner, you will assist with day-to-day support, enhancements, and major project initiatives. This role will require a flexible, agile approach to meet our changing business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with privacy project managers, application technical owners, and business owners to ensure implementation of Data lake, warehouse and reporting.
- Develop and maintain reports (e.g., Record of Processing Activities), Metrics, Dashboards, in Power BI / Tableau / MS Fabric.
- Administer tool features with the highest level of discretion, sensitivity, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and propose solutions that address user requirements.
- Effectively communicate through progress reports, user documentation and formal presentations to teams and management across functions and divisions.
- Participate in cross-functional business and system process improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience.
- Proficient English Communication written and oral.
- 6+ years of IT experience in a similar role with the following is required:
- Experience in the following is preferred:
Data Discovery, Other Data Privacy Technologies, Agile (Scrum) methodology.
- Experience in the following is a plus: Data Governance concepts and technologies.
- Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI & Tableau is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical, robust, and scalable architectures and solutions meeting the business and technology goals/strategy of the organization.
- Ability to gather functional and non-functional requirements, design business solutions that meet requirements, and perform data analysis.
- Experience facilitating functional design and technical design for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions.
The Location: Mexico City / Mexico - work from home
