Supervisor, Income Audit & Accounts Receivable - Mexico City, Mexico

This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management.
As an Income Audit & Accounts Receivable Supervisor you will report to the Shared Services Office Sr. Finance Manager.
You will focus on overseeing, directing, and administering all Hotel Support, Income Audit, Credit,
and Accounts Receivable duties of our Mexico and Caribbean-managed hotels in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain accurate control environments.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
**What your day-to-day will be like**:
- Provide support to Hotels in regard to Income Audit and Accounts Receivable accounting (specifically to Focused Service Hotels),
- Be the main contact of Hotels' Finance Teams and General Managers regarding Income Audit and Accounts Receivable accounting matters
**How you will collaborate with others**:
- Support Hotels by providing a task force (if needed) in Income Audit and Accounts Receivable accounting matters
**What deliverables you will take ownership of**:
- Onboard new Hotels' Finance Team Members (specifically in Income Audit and Accounts Receivable in Focused Service Hotels) and ensure they are trained and guided
- Increase and be the main contact of current Corporate Credit lines
- Follow up and ensure collection of Corporate Credit lines
- Ensure Corporate Credit lines are approved by Management
- Support Hotels in Balance Sheet accounts monthly reconciliations
**WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT**
**You have these minimum qualifications**:
- Three (3) years of related work experience
- One (1) year of work experience in "Hotel Accounting Audit" with a focus on Income Audit and Accounts Receivable
- Bilingual with fluent English and Spanish with effective writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as OnQ, OPERA.
- Travel 60% within the CALA Region (Latin America and Caribbean)
**It would be useful if you have**:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree (Examples: Administration, Accounting, Finance, Hotel Management and Tourism, etc.)
