Reports to: Sr. HR Director, Latam
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team in Mexico.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting leadership development,
and fostering a positive work environment.
The Sr.
Manager, HRBP will be the HR advisor & counsel for leaders and organization to boost our talent capabilities to achieve financial, business objectives, and our ambition of growth, through our company values, people engagement & leadership programs.
The selected candidate will have the objective to achieve our talent goals and HR strategic initiatives, based on solid HR experience, leadership and previous roles as cultural transformation champion.
Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted strategic business advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues and solutions.Develop and implement advanced HR strategies and initiatives that align with overarching business goals and drive organizational success.Manage talent development plans, processes & discussions to influence the appropriate business decisions.
Ensure robust succession planning.Own country people data and leverage analytics and HR systems to make strategic decisions in line with business & HR strategy.Act as an ambassador for the company,
reinforcing our commitment to Mexico as a top strategic country.
Drive initiatives that reflect our values and support the growth and success of our operations in the region.Collaborate with regional business units and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver high-impact HR solutions that foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with regional and global HR standards and practices.Partner with senior business leaders to create comprehensive development plans, align organizational structures with strategic goals, and support critical HR processes through the employee lifecycle.Coach and advise on people matters at different leadership levels to help business & talent plan implementations.Partner closely with HR Operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR services,
enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the organization.Qualifications: Solid experience in senior Human Resources Business Partner management positions, preferably serving high level stakeholders from Commercial & Marketing functions within complex and matrixed organizations.
Experience in the CPG industry preferred.Experience with compliance programs and a deep understanding of operating in a matrix environment.Proven experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) or Shared Services Centers.Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills,
ensuring that all HR processes and initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.Proven track record of implementing effective change management strategies.Fluency in English, with advanced proficiency in business communication.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
