**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The position is responsible for executing and adhering to the Access recertification framework and Information Security Policy and gaining alignment from business/ controls leadership on required updates over time.
The associate specialist is familiar with key security concepts (design, governance, and SOD) and use of governance, risk and compliance tools (e.g., SAP GRC) to enforce them.
The associate specialist will work closely with various IT, business, control, and audit teams at PepsiCo to advance the growing agenda.
**Your Impact**
As a** IT Access Management and SoD Control Sr Analyst **your responsibilities would consist of:
**Manages Recertification Activities for PIRT markets**
- Create and align the calendar for the SAP access recertification activities
- Preparation activities to create the list of user-roles in scope for SAP production recertification
- Progress monitoring and communication/ follow up with the role owners/ line managers
- Follow up on pending items with business stakeholders (i.e.
managers or role owners)
- Provide capability support to the role owners (Q&A; sessions, Newsletters, trainings)
- Consolidate and validate the recertification results
- Report major risks and testing results to management on a regular basis
- Collect the evidences to perform the recertification of the control
- Support Role Owner Master Data process in the PI SAP GRC system
- Coordinate and work closely with the controls, SAP GRC, Sector Security and Information Security team
- Support to identify automation, capability tools etc.
for new markets
- Ensure same ways of working across sectors for manual process and pepAGM approach
**Sets and communicates objectives, priorities, timelines and desired outcomes for projects**
- Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Ensure SOD related project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
- Partner with technology and production support teams in the development and realization of GRC/ SOD solutions
**Manage internal/ external audit relationships to maintain a positive outlook on the progression of AR and SOD governance processes**
- Work with Controls Governance and IT teams to ensure holistic approach is taken to remediate Corporate Audit findings
- Train users in processes and procedures; provide assistance during external and internal audits
- Interaction with audit,
risk and quality personnel to explain and evaluate the structure and design of AR and SOD processes
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?

**Experience**
- Possess extensive knowledge of the SAP authorization concept and prior experience in security role design and SOD mitigation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing SAP controls or security
- Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience preferred
- Experience of design and implementation of SAP compliance and reporting tools
- Ability to plan and organize development work & recreate deliverables
- Ability to present and defend design decisions
- Broad understanding of IT, business process, accounting, auditing, financial analysis and controls
- Lead multiple engagements auditing/ analyzing enterprise systems and/ or process risks
- Knowledge of GCS, SOX and COSO
- Experience with SAP GRC (SAP GRC-AC-RAR), APPROVA (BIZRIGHTS) or similar control automation solutions
- Willingness to travel 10-15%
- Advanced English
