The Bitso Business Development team is looking for an Account Manager to build relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure a frictionless experience for our institutional partners and HNWI across LATAM.
Diligent, proactive, empathetic, action oriented, you will play a crucial role in the success of our value proposition for institutional customers as we advance to fulfill our mission: #make crypto useful.
**Your impact**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our institutional customers, facilitating account activation, operational flows and product inquiries.
- Build and cultivate relationships with new and existing institutional clients, constantly maintaining a customer centric approach.
- Understand complex, multi-product client workflows and strategies to ensure that our clients get the most out of our products and services.
- Complete regular business NPS, and look for opportunities to improve and grow our partner relationships.
- Communicate client feedback to internal teams including Product,Marketing, Growth, Customer Support when surfacing product bugs, incidents, and product feedback.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication and profound understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Building key customer service processes and systems, generating client reports, and tracking the status of key customers.
**Who you are**:
- 3-5+ years relevant experience in consumer tech, financial services, fintech or management consulting
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), and organizational ability to lead several initiatives at once.
- Strong communication skills, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, assertive communication, tons of empathy, curiosity,
and passion for relationship building.
- Creativity, resourcefulness and persistence to drive towards outcomes while navigating a multifaceted environment.
- Seek opportunities to shape and improve our service to institutional customers, share best practices, improve partner engagement and drive value creation.
- Fluent English is a must.
**Additionally, it would be nice if you are**:
- Passion and genuine curiosity for Crypto.
You spend your free time understanding how Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0 work.
