We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join our team remotely.
This role involves providing timely and courteous assistance to our valued customers and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly.
**Role Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Route calls to the correct individual or department within the organization.- Follow up with customers to ensure that all support matters are resolved within 24 hours.- Assist customers in filling out support forms and provide guidance as needed.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
**Requirements**:- Exceptional spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.- Familiarity with OpenPhone or similar phone systems (training will be provided).- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
