**About the Vacancy**:
Our Assistant Account Executive learns the fundamentals of PR and Communications strategies.
S/he helps in the operative day-to-day of our communication strategies by following all administrative processes.
**Basic Qualifications**:

- No experience needed (previous internship experience preferred).
- BA in Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
- Excellent writing skills, verbal communications skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish).
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage comprehensive coverage monitoring; prepare accurate and timely client monthly reports.
- Newsletter development.
- General project management: supporting the account team with timelines,



reminders, agency time reports and admin.
- Keep minutes up to date in the activity tracker.
- Development of corporate summaries.
- Managing communications between global teams (follow
- up communication, deadlines, among others).
- Work directly with senior level staffers and support day-to-day client contact to manage and drive programs and secure coverage.
