Fulfill99 will quickly become a new profit center and key element of our business. We will build and operate software, hardware, and processes that run an international network of fulfillment centers that move many millions of units of inventory, employ thousands of people, and ensure that customers get what they want when we promised we would get it to them. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead the technological development of our Fulfillment business. If you are passionate about creating technology to enable customers to have a perfect ecommerce experience, this is the best place for you. The ideal person for this role will have experience in product development, using and managing warehouse management systems and fulfillment technology. You understand the need for providing speed and perfect execution, and you accept nothing less. You have a track record of working with software developers to define and build new tools that empower operators to efficiently receive, pick and ship orders to customers.
The impact you will have:
- You will be working directly with operations, UX, marketing, and technology teams to help develop short and long-term strategic of Fulfill99, ensuring we have the best operations worldwide
- You will establish product vision, goals and key business metrics/indicators (KPIs)
for fulfillment tech
- You will deliver on rigorous, quantifiable business objectives in a matrixed, multi-functional organization.
- You will lead projects through the definitional stages, working to ensure that we're working to solve the right problem and have clearly articulated problem statements and goals identified.
- You will have end-to-end ownership of the product strategy and great influence on the software development roadmap. You will be expected to create the long-term product vision, influence partner teams towards your vision, determine and build business metrics to help prioritize and drive execution towards the vision.
- You will oversee user interface design, usability testing, customer research, metrics and data analysis
- You will promote data-based decision making
- You will test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
- You will launch experiments and evaluating how they perform and how to iterate
- You will share your work to peers and leadership, asynchronous and in-person
- You will take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands and squad meetings

Within three months, you will:
- Get to know our existing Ops and Fulfillment teams and processes
- Propose improvements to our processes
- Start solving complex customer service issues and proactively heading off negative service trends.
- Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
- Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures.
- Develop, plan, and implement short and long term goals
Basic Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar
- 5+ years’ relevant experience in product management
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action
- Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience
- Able to work in an ambiguous, internet-speed environment.
- Strong oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analysis skills; you are someone who wants to dive into the numbers and seek to understand
