**Position Description: Remote Client Manager (Law Firms)**
We are looking for a smart, outgoing and resourceful individual, with in-depth legal and/or medical background,
to be our next Remote Client Manager for our clients in Law Firms. This role presents a unique opportunity for the right remote professional, who will be the liaison between Rockpoint, surgical facilities, hospitals, doctors, and law offices. You will facilitate a variety of requests related to Rockpoint’s products and service offerings and actively discuss ways to add value to our clients while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients who are personal injury attorneys and legal case managers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Obtaining case information and process requests by working directly with personal injury case managers and/or attorneys.
- Coordinating with various medical providers to obtain medical information, including obtaining all necessary documents, advising approvals or denials to relevant stakeholders, and following up on procedures and surgeries.
- Actively cross-selling products and services to clients by looking for opportunities to maximize a case.
- Coordinating with various departments within a law firm to obtain case information and walking our clients through the entire funding process.
- Preparing files to submit to the underwriting team for review.
- Assisting in preparing and coordinating the execution of various contracts needed for funding.
- Providing law firm case managers with regular updates on cases and coordinating with other departments to streamline requests.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- The Law Firm Manager will be required to work standard working hours Monday through Friday and be adaptable to the needs of the business. Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position.

**Job Requirements**:
- Legal or Medical experience;_**must**_ have U.S. legal experience being a Case Manager or Paralegal
- Education Requirement: _**must**_ have either
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law;
- Bachelor’s Degree in area related to Health Care;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration; or
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business.
- Outstanding English grammar skills (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, very organized,
and strong ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and analytical problem solver.
- Knows how to prioritize and self-manage their own workload, and can act with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience handling large volumes of cases.
- Personable when dealing with clients, vendors, and third parties alike.
- Be discrete with patients’ health information, ability to conform to HIPAA standards.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing). High level of comfort and
- Intermediate to advanced computer and data entry skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suite, Internet).
- Must be dependable, efficient, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work with other departments and in a team.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with a U.S. company preferred
- Ability to clear a background check.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury terminology is a plus.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.

**Experience**:
- Personal Injury: 1 year (preferred)
- Paralegal or Case Manager: 1 year (preferred)
