**Responsibilities**:
**Content Account Supervisor**
**Main Purpose**
The Content Account and Operations coordinator Lead role will act as a strategic liaison for internal brands and clients, internal creative and art teams, as well as giving support to account executives to build a strong and clear communication channel between them. This role will coordinate the day-to-day client business management and supervise the execution of multiple account deliverables happening simultaneously.



You must be able to build upon tactical ideas and think strategically about a brand or business and partner with the creative/art team.
As an Operations Coordinator, ensures that key daily processes and practices are implemented and followed effectively and consistently throughout the content development team. Follow up on Brand Team’s OLAs - Correct briefing, SoW follow up, fulfill feedback forms per project. Assists on the creation of KPIs and burn-out reports to brand teams. You will oversee FLNA processes to detect inconsistencies or opportunity areas to ensure that the business functions without operation bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (marketing, communication, advertising, etc.)




- Experience with creative teams in **agency** or in-house agency environments; Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience is a MUST for this role.
- Marketing professional with at least** 3+** years in agency account/project management** and/or experience in a closely related field.
- Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proven ability to influence creative decision making.
- Knowledge of **Microsoft Package and Project Management Tools (Data driven) is a MUST**:
- Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals.



Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- ** Advanced and fluent in English is a MUST**
