Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services.
With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
In MN COO SC SCM Market Operations Americas, we are building & operating the Supply Chain by optimally driving demand & supply, supply chain performance, risk transparency, inventories and material management. Through Market Operations function, we are partnering with Mobile Networks RBC (MN RBC) from sales opportunity creation to final project execution
**What you will learn and contribute to**
As Customer Supply Manager, your responsibilities will be:
- Support pre-sales with supply chain design, supply chain resource planning and logistics costing in line with customer requirements
- Manage supply chain operations & execution to ensure proper supervision & guidance to meet business targets (includes monitor & control)
- Ensure supply chain processes and execution, profitability and efficiency to meet accurate, timely services and high performance in services to the customer project in terms of quality, compliances (including SOX) and cost efficiency.
- Accurate demand planning for HW based on CT input and roll-out plan
- Orchestrate order and delivery mgmt. of MN products (HW, SW, Services) in all business scenarios, incl. customer POs, risk orders, trials, demonstration, R&D; and FOC.
- Provide and update delivery plans, conduct risk assessment and mitigate supply risks and associated challenges
- Execute supply planning in relation to CT business management - order intake and revenue execution, inventory planning and reporting
- Orchestrate creation and follow up of invoices and revenue booking based on defined milestones
- Act as SPOC for Supply Chain related complaints and escalation point from CT and/or customer and manage further escalations & requirements
- Collaborate with other BGs’ Supply Chains for multi-BG opportunities
**Your skills and experience**
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Spanish required.
It would be nice to have:
- Previous experience with Nokia ERPs SAP BPP and/or SAP P20
- Inventory managment
- Invoicing processes.
