Overview:
STATEMENT:
The Specialist, Global HRIS Reporting & Insights will be responsible to support the strategy of providing the business trends and potential opportunities through complex big data analysis. This role will need to have the ability to interpret results using simple data aggregation and statistical analysis to complex data mining. This position will also be responsible for data quality, expanding reporting access and providing training to an ever-growing population of users. Short term responsibilities will focus on operational tactical tasks (i.e. report creation, delivery, training, etc.). Long term responsibilities will be administration of the necessary technology to support the function.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interact with end users (HR and other departments) to understand business issues and provide advice about data that are available to support the business.
2. Develop simple to complex HR reports and dashboards using data from multiple HR data sources.
3. Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources.
4. Design and develops dashboards to answer relevant business questions and communicate report data in a concise and easy to understand format.
5. Integrate disparate data from multiple systems and tools.
6. Create and manage interfaces to/from HR systems.
7. Leverage technology to deliver the right information to the customer in a timely fashion. This would include creating dashboards and dynamic reporting.
8. Use knowledge of relational databases to retrieve data from Core HR system
9. Creates complex queries and reports to meet data needs of HR and Organizational strategic plans.
10. Analyze results and prepare comparative data, reports, dashboards and will assist with workforce projects.

Develop and interprets reports which clearly and concisely show key workforce trends and problem areas, including status and trends.
12. Review reports to identify trends or areas that may require further review by HR team. This could include ad hoc analysis or systematic analysis of existing reports.
13. Communicate observations through data, analytics, and thoughtful interpretation of findings.
14. Assist HR Business Partners and HR Leadership with defining routine reportable organizational metrics.
15. Supports global HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, Workforce Planning, Diversity Teams and others as needed on requests for data and analysis. Identifies trends/issues, forms hypotheses and synthesizes conclusions into recommendations.
16. Presents data in various global forums including HR Exec, HR Leadership,
and other leadership meetings as requested.
17. Creates, tests, and maintains databases to support projects, data analysis, and strategic goals.
19. Identifies opportunities for enhanced data tracking and capturing of data to further support HR strategic & organizational goals.
20. Partners with HRMS to ensure complete understanding of HR Core functionality thus ensuring the integrity of all data utilized in reporting.
21. Participates on other HRMS projects as time and schedule permits.
22. Collaborate with HRIS to leverage data available from all HR systems

Job Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
**Skills**:
- Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: Classification Analysis, Cluster Analysis,
Regression Analysis, Anomaly Detection, etc.
- Knowledge and experience using statistical tools: Python, R, etc.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL queries in a SQL environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Access
- Strong people management with demonstrated ability to manage, lead and motivate staff
- Working knowledge of common HR processes/procedures (i.e. Performance, Compensation, Benefits)
- Strong communication and presentation skills; both oral and written
- Possess an interpersonal and collaborative work style and ability to develop effective working relationships
Languages:
- Advanced in English
**Experience**:
- 3+ years of demonstrated reporting experience
- 3+ years of SQL experience
- 3+ years of data analytics experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated HR technology experience
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of additional relevant work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors
