Customer Service Representative
RHI Magnesita has an amazing opportunity for Customer Service Representative Professional in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, México!
The Customer Service Representative Professional is responsible for developing, managing and delivering support services to the organization's sales. A Professional Experienced applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained work experience.
This position will report to the Head of Sharla Camila Serafim Diniz.
The Customer Service Representative Professional tasks include:
Developing and plan training plans
Processing orders from customers and resolving complaints;
Advising customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc;
Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments;
Selecting, managing and training on sales related systems & databases;
Assisting sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning;
Assisting sales teams with sales reporting.
About you
**Do you have**:
Bachelor's Degree




Minimum 2 years of experience is required
Create a report creation and data analysis
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Basic SAP knowledge
Knowledge in logistics
High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the public with a calm and professional demeanor
Excellent Problem solving and organizational skills
Hand on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven
Familiar with data input, output, report creation and data analysis
Works effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications
