**Job Summary**
Production Supervisor will ensure the smooth running of processes on a production floor. Their duties include overseeing routine production activities, troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on a production floor and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Ability to resolve employees conflicts and makes decisions.
- Coordinate and execute the actions aimed at meeting the goals of the plant
- Has the authority to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to production, processes and quality system.
- Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
- Verify the implementation of solutions and control further processing or delivery of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions has been corrected.

**Qualifications**:**
Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes, 5’s, Kaizen and Kanban.
- 5 years’ experience supervising people.
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem solving methodology (5 Why’s?, Ishikawa, 8D’s, etc.)
**Education/Previous Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
- MS Office computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel and others.
- Tress-Supervisor module
- English level - Intermediate
