**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. This position will manage reporting and analytics for assigned plants' supply chain. This individual contributor position is located in our Santa Fe, Mexico City office. It will report through our North America Sales and Operations Planning team.




**Key responsibilities**:
- Summarize and publish production planning KPIs
- Manage Monthly master plans
- Responsible for managing weekly MRP
- Load vs. capacity by resource (production and bagging)
- Responsible for work order management stats
- Evaluate past due work order trends
- Responsible for weekly inventory management
- Daily Schedule Adherence
- Evaluate Daily Service Level by market and product type
- Summarize and publish material planning KPIs by supplier
- Manage inventory forecast vs. capacity
- Evaluate actual vs. forecast inventory
- Evaluate past due quantity and amount of dollars
- Ensure on-time delivery
- Evaluate supermarket conformance
- Publish weekly master data scorecard
- Responsible for Query defined master data fields, confirm conformance to standard
- Summarize and publish master data scorecard
- Drive continuous improvement within coupling planning process
**ABOUT YOU**:
- **
2-4 years** of supply chain or related field **experience** required.
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred.




- Advanced English level (conversational)
**Keys to success**
- Experience in partnering with leaders on developing and driving core business/global initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Versed in MS Office, ERP (Oracle preferred)
- Knowledge of Value Chain Planning is a plus
- Ability to make independent and sound decisions concerning competing priorities
- Ability to coordinate and communicate across functional and multicultural lines
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (Toyota Production System)
- Principle centered leadership/high level of integrity and ethics
- Must be self-motivated, results and action oriented
- High energy
- High stress and ambiguity tolerance
- Open minded,



with strong analytical and business acumen skills
