**Responsibilities**:
**Finance Assoc Manager**
**Main Purpose**
This role supports the Global Ops Digital Solutions & Analytics team, specifically leading the overall team of 3 other analysts/senior analysts. This overall team will be responsible for Global SC for data, reporting, analytics, and digitial tools across Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Sustainability,



Manufacturing, Logistics, End-to-End Waste and overall ops performance. This role will interact with a wide range of softwares including: Tableau, Teradata, Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI, Alteryx and Azure. In addition to leading the team, this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining scorecards, metrics & KPIs, uncovering insights to identify potential areas of productivity savings and ensuring proper data integration and managing adhoc requests.
**Accountabilities**
- Lead overall team of analysts and senior analysts to manage workload and provide coaching and feedback
- Learn and integrate new capabilities (Alteryx, machine learning) to enhance existing and future work-streams. (Execute)




- Serve as the key GPS point of contact to sector and global teams for operations data measures and calculations for performance tracking and reporting, providing ad-hoc data pulls when necessary. (Make decisions, provide consultations to sector teams and execute actions relative to the accountabilities)
- Support identification, collection and reporting of appropriate global metrics to track productivity performance and drive improvement along with working with Global Manufacturing team (Make decisions and execute actions relative to the accountabilities)
- Provide insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations (Make decisions, provide consultations to sector teams and execute actions relative to the accountabilities)
- Cross functional / sector collaboration to drive synergy on data analytics works-steams (Make decisions,

- Adhoc requests from Global/Sector leadership
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- 4-6 years of experience with bachelor’s degree preferably in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain
- Prior experiences and knowledge in one or more key PepsiCo Financial/Operation area (e.g. SC Finance, Ops related support - Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing) either at a Corporate or Sector/Site level
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics and modeling utilizing PowerBI or Tableau, 1+ years of experience in Alteryx and PowerApps; Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into graphical or visual form for effective communication




- Proven proficiency in attention to detail, schedule management and organizational skills. This includes the ability to work in a very fast paced environment with multiple initiatives at various stages at any one time, ability to handle many workstreams at once
- Embraces technology and systems as a means of driving efficiency in reporting
- Change management skills including development and execution of culturally-aligned change management strategies and targeted plans
- Proven team player with the capability to collaborate with various teams and influence others ; coordination & collaboration skills required to manage a wide network
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal
