**General Description**:
Responsible for design, deploy and measure process and new projects of INFINITI technical training (launchings, ISTEP, training performance) to technicians, Service consultants & managers of the INFINITI partners of México & NIBU.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project management of training process to implement in dealer network.
Communication and support to training areas of dealers.
**Perform activities related with project management**: budget control, shopping baskets, purchase orders and supplier administration.
Propose and follow up to specific training and career plans according to job positions and KPIs.
Measure and analyze the staff turnover and propose strategies to decrease.
Design job descriptions and selection/hiring policies and onboarding process.
Measure and analyze the performance of the main positions in the dealer network.
**Education/Certifications**:
Automotive engineer or related (industrial, mechanical engineer)
Previous Work Experience
Design and implement automotive technical training programs and job descriptions with professional skills.
Project Management of Training programs in general, minimum 1 year.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
**Language**: Fluid in English (spoken and written: translations, presentations and take meetings)
**Must have**: Knowledge in training programs: design & start up
**Computer Skills**: Excel 80% (database analysis: averages, trends, top & bottoms, pivot tables, data lookup) / PPT 80% / Word 80%
**Competencies**: Information analysis, proactive, multitask, good communication, creativity, leadership, autonomy, organization, planning and innovation.
**Nice to have**: handling of learning design tools (as articulate 360, Powtoon, Canvas, etc).
