The Latin America HR for HR and Corporate Senior Human Resources Manager reports to the LATAM HR Vice President. In this role you will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives; you will also develop and own HR and organizational effectiveness strategies for our organization, acting as coach and confident, leading change, partnering cross functionally to increase the overall performance of the organization, building a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by attracting, developing and retaining top talent while driving continuous improvement, engagement and inclusion & diversity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strong partnership and collaboration with HR and corporate regional leaders in establishing, implementing, and monitoring short-, mid
- and long-term strategies to drive functional and business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with business leaders and HR to assess business talent needs and deploy solutions to improve the talent pipeline and business performance overall.
- Provide coaching and strategic HR support to Latin America HR and Corporate leadership team and facilitate proper business decisions.
- Drive and continuously improve organizational effectiveness through organization design, change management, project management and leadership effectiveness.
- Deploy a One Honeywell culture, fostering talent exchange and sharing and positive employee relations through employee engagement initiatives.
- Achieve HR operation excellence by owning and leading HR performance metrics.
- Exercise HR operation model, develop effective MOS, and establish a close partnership with COEs, LATAM country HR leaders and cross SBG HR leaders in driving HR initiatives and make HR related business decisions.
- Lead by example on of HON Behaviors and design and drive culture projects.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Extensive Human Resources experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to influence and act as coach and confident at varying levels across the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
- Previously demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.
- Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Strategic Mindset to design and drive key transformational projects.
