**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The primary objective is to drive team performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This involves leading, motivating, and mentoring the sales team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring individual and team performance metrics to achieve sales goals.
- Providing ongoing training and coaching to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with medical regulations.
- Ensuring that the team adheres to established processes and delivers accurate and empathetic information to customers.
- Collaborating with management to implement strategies that improve sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Fostering a positive, results-driven environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The ultimate goal is to align the team’s efforts with the organization’s objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and outstanding service within the medical sales campaign.

- **Team Leader experience in a CALL CENTER IS A MUST!!**:
- Sales experience
- C.S. Experience
**Schedule and job proposal**:
- $ 5,000 weekly net salary
**Bonuses and commissions**:
- $ 500 punctuality and attendance weekly bonus

**Experience**:
- Supervisor/ Team Lead: 1 year (required)
