The Collections Analyst is responsible for providing regular analytical support and reporting on all collection performance metrics, KPI’s, strategies, delinquency trends, and investor portfolios. Evaluate collection processes and measure the efficiency and effectiveness of collection strategies. Coordinate and calibrate with other departments within the company to assist with creating and executing collection strategies.
**Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Create and run daily, weekly, and monthly reports for collections team performance
- Create and run daily, weekly,
and monthly delinquency reports
- Create and manage digital communication strategy
- Analyze and measure the success of collection strategies in use
- Recommend strategy adjustments based on opportunities identified through reporting and analysis
- Creating and maintaining workflows and process maps for all internal collection processes
- Provide ADHOC reporting and data visualization
- Mining and optimizing data to generate reports to analyze and audit current collections processes, borrower trends, and delinquency trends
- Maintaining and refining reports used in various collections processes (Site visits, Disconnects, Skip Tracing)
**Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities**:
- 5+ years of strategy, analytics, and reporting experience
- 5+ years of programs and coding languages such as Excel, SQL,
Databricks, and Tableau experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills necessary to obtain relevant information
Compensation: MXN $550,000 - 600,000/annually DOE
