**Duties and Responsibilities**
As the Personal Assistant to our executive team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Note-taking and Organization Assisting the CEO by taking detailed notes during meetings, organizing tasks, and maintaining an efficient system for tracking important information.
- Scheduling and Follow-up Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Meeting Support Participating in meetings with other team members to take notes and facilitate communication.
- Research and Low-level Project Management Conducting research tasks and supporting low-level project management activities.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Fast Typing Ability Minimum typing speed of **55 words per minute**.
- Bilingual Fluency Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Punctuality You must be punctual and reliable in meeting deadlines.
- Organization Skills Strong organizational abilities are essential for effective task management.
- Open Availability You must be available during standard work hours for on-call responsibilities.
**Nice to Have Skills**
While not mandatory, the following skills are desirable and will be considered a plus:
- Familiarity with Communication Tools such as Slack or similar.
- Familiarity with Project Management Tools such as ClickUp or similar.
- A persistent and proactive attitude, willing to follow up on deadlines and communicate with others when needed.
- A curious mindset, comfortable asking questions and seeking answers when faced with unfamiliar situations.
