Are you ready to join Globant, one of the most innovative digital companies in the world? We have an immediate opening for a seasoned **Regional Marketing Specialist - Mexico City** with deep and demonstrated expertise in supporting our LATAM business
- a fast growing, dynamic tech consulting firm, and part of a very successful Communications & Marketing LATAM team. As Marketing Specialist you will be working to develop Globant 360° MKT and Comms efforts within the LATAM market mainly.
**Main tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Build and lead the marketing B2B pipeline for LATAM territory.
- Drive the end to end marketing demand generation funnel for assigned projects within the portafolios (countries).
- Amplify Globant´s value proposition and showcase it in a creative and relevant way, both onsite and virtual. - Run the roll out of Global initiatives within markets in scope.
- Partner with the Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development and alliances teams throughout the marketing funnel.
- Work together with Client Experience, Digital Marketing, Employer Brand, Digital Properties, PR, Agencies and other areas.
- Be the focal for overall marketing initiatives in those markets.
**Requirements**:
- Advance English.
- 4 years of experience working in B2B / Consultancy Marketing roles.
- Experience with CRMs is a plus.
- A flexible team player who is keen to work in a stimulating, ever changing environment and thrive on the opportunities that this can bring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills - with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
