Purpose Statement: As a Senior Quality Technician, my mission is to ensure product excellence through meticulous quality control measures, leveraging my experience and expertise to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products, processes, and materials to identify deviations, defects, or non-conformities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes of issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records, to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior quality technicians, facilitating their professional development and fostering a culture of quality excellence within the organization.
- Act as a liaison with suppliers and customers regarding quality-related matters, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
- Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience. A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required; an Associate’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Three (3) year of related experience is required; Five (5) or more years of related experience is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
