**About the position**:
Kahnem is partnering with a high-growth startup backed by leading tech investors like Y-Combinator.
The company is looking to hire several Sales Development Representatives to continue to expand its sales team and accelerate customer acquisition in Latin America.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers,
playing a critical role in driving the early growth of the company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to succeed in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Execute personalized and creative outreach to engage leads and book meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and feedback from leads, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
Monitor outreach performance, experiment with messaging, and implement best practices to improve conversion rates.
**Job requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales/business development.
Regardless of what you were selling, you will need to demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of sales methodologies and prospecting techniques.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Learning agility and willingness to make cold phone calls.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
