**Role: Fullstack Engineer**
**Functional Area: PPE**
**Employment Type: Permanent**
**Location: Guadalajara, Hybrid.
**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer!
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions.

- Optimize our developer toolchain to support instant provisioning of new services and infrastructure,
fully automated deployments, and minimizing development friction
- Be a part of a team with an outsized impact on how frontends are built across the entire company
- Define best practices and processes for the teams implementing dynamic and interactive pages using React by consuming REST and GraphQL services
- Work in a product development process that is primarily Agile/Scrum
**To succeed, this role's responsibilities would involve**:
- A driven software engineer who is motivated to build great products and a great codebase in a fast-paced environment
- Able to take requirements and build something that's simple yet impactful, mínimalistic yet beautiful, extensible yet maintainable
- Independent and can manage your own projects and time with ease, all the while setting and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication skills with a growth and learning mindset
- Able to lead other engineers to deliver large-scale projects
- Experienced with developing complex software systems using modern frameworks, tools, and systems
- Experienced working across the full technical stack, delivering quality code on both frontend and backend
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail, great sense of design, and commitment to beautiful user experiences
- 8 or more years of experience developing software in one or more modern programming languages (e.g.
JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, Dart) and five years of frontend development experience
- Expert in isomorphic Javascript, CSS/SaSS, and HTML
- Experience with modern Pipeline systems (CircleCI is a plus)
- Experience with modern orchestration tooling such as Kubernetes (ArgoCD is a plus)
- Experience with containerization tooling (Docker is a plus)
- Prior exposure to cloud-based architectures, development, and deployment
- Familiar with cloud technologies such as AWS EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus
- Have an AB testing mindset where everything that gets deployed can be measured for impact and to derive insights
- Understands computer science fundamentals, design patterns, schema design, and best practices
- Earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/related field or equivalent professional experience
