Team Overview:
Being part of the Passenger Growth Operations team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever.
The team is responsible for the Acquisition of the new users and re-engagement of churned users in all SSL (Spanish Speaking Latinamerica) countries, being in charge of the budget allocation among all our acquisition channels.
In order to reach our goals, this position has to work very closely with our Marketing, Central Ops, Marketplace and Paid Marketing Team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Owner of the Referral channel acquisition
- Give support to develop Dormant (SU no PFT) strategy
- Be able to identify new opportunities for Growth
- Optimize the efficiency KPIs through operation tools and programs based on the robust data analysis
- Collaborate with several supporting areas like Marketing,
Product, Marketplace and Customer Service in order to define the best strategy
Role Qualifications:
Required:
- Educational Background: Studying Engineering, Business Administration or related fields ideally to be graduated in 1 year
- Experience or desire to learn how to use data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team
Must-have:
- Strong Excel skills a must
- Proficiency in English & Spanish
- SQL intermediate knowledge
- Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights
- Proven problem solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management systems for yourself and your stakeholders
Preferred
- Demonstrated experience using programming languages or tools for data extraction and analysis such Python, R, etc
