We currently have openings for a Sales Operations Support Specialist.
Regroup believes in working with talented yet humble people who care about our core mission: Keeping communities and organizations safe and informed.This is an entry-level position, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager.
The Sales Operations Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales reps as a key member of the Sales Operations team.
In this role, the Sales Operations Coordinator will collaborate with the Sales Operations Specialists, Sales Representatives, and sales leadership to deliver administrative support that optimizes the team's performance.




The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist in sales administrative duties in the areas of CRM/SFDC, documentation, internal support, and customer engagement programs.
The Sales Operations Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service and help the sales team meet their targets.
**Responsibilities**- Data entry and maintenance in Salesforce Sales Cloud- Monitor the sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining Salesforce database- Review and validate Salesforce Sales Cloud data- Maintain new customers' data in Salesforce Sales Cloud- Drive data QA processes- Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting- Suggest ways to enhance and optimize our sales processes to increase productivity- Support the Sales team with available tools- Maintain appropriate Salesforce Sales Cloud process documentation- Support other sales efforts and processes as required- Other core expectations as defined and requested by your direct supervisor/manager and sales leadership- Monitor Marketing lead flow processes- Minimum of two years experience administering a Salesforce instance(s)- Salesforce Administrator Certification required- Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud experience is an asset- Ability to respond and react responsibly to internal customers- Clearly communicate & set expectations.- Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks- Demonstrates the highest level organizational skills- Adaptable, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking- Demonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired results- Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals- Computer skills with thorough knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, knowledge of HTML editing software is a benefit- Outstanding verbal and written communication, active listening skills- Have a helpful and proactive manner with a customer service orientation- Great interpersonal and administrative skills- Ability to sit for long periods of time- Ability to view a computer for a long period of timeDespite your experience and skills, you never stop learning, cultivating out-of-the-box thinking, growth, and entrepreneurial mindset, embracing ownership and agility
