Updates, modifies and corrects graphical design elements on websites; corrects or recreates.
Tests and troubleshoots to optimize the layout of materials, site performance, and compatibility with various browsers.
May provide technical expertise across the organization.
Analyzes and recommends solutions to root quality and/or efficiency problems.
Creates and maintains technical documentation
Works under direct supervision, performs maintenance on existing websites or needed enhancements.
Provides wider feedback on performance.
Makes suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements,
which will typically be reviewed by a more senior developer.
Implements solutions as directed within standards
Participates in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide solutions, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work.
Typically works on multiple projects at a time and as a member of the project team(s) or as part of a specialist cross-project team on multiple developments.
Provides status updates for own scope of work within projects.
Actively participates in team and status meetings.
Follows and/or creates website development best practices while adhering to team and industry coding standards and corporate policies.
