**Mechanical Engineer - RST Mechanical**:
**What You Will Do**:

- It is responsible for providing maintenance methods, practices and techniques in accordance with its responsibilities and field of action.
- Perform preventive inspections in your MBU to ensure that the basic conditions of the equipment and mechanical components are maintained.
Ensures that you have the necessary tools to carry out maintenance tasks in your MBU.
- Ensures the availability of technical documentation for your MBU.
- Monitors and audits that maintenance activities are within standards (SAP orders, C I L( cleaning, inspection, lubrication)).
- Coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance activities.




- He is responsible for having the necessary spare parts and mechanical components in the inventory of the spare parts warehouse.
- He is responsible for maintaining control of the fixed cost of his production lines vs. Budget.
-He is responsible for analyzing losses in his MBU due to mechanical failures.
- Applies DDS( daily address) and root cause analysis, as well as other troubleshooting tools to reduce losses in your MBU and generate new standards that feed into the systems.
- Monitor and optimize the maintenance budget by prioritizing preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Attend DOM meetings (daily operations meeting) with complete information (detailed and with evidence) on the results of the previous day, as well as alerted teams that prevent the continuity of the process.
- Provides support, training, and advice to operators in handling mechanical components of production lines.
**Who You Are**:
**Education: Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer.
**

**Experience: 3 years essential in reengineering and automation issues,



maintenance as well as start-up of equipment or production lines.
**

Schedule availability, analysis capacity, attention to detail, leadership push for results, work under pressure, maintenance budget management.
Knowledge:

- TPM
- Hydraulics
- Interpretation of mechanical plans
- SAP (Maintenance Module, measuring equipment, corrective and preventive maintenance, extensive knowledge of machines and tools ,
- AutoCAD and/or Solid Works intermediate desirable
- **Intermediate English**
