Role Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer with a strong background in cloud technologies to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications, integrating cloud services, and ensuring the high performance and scalability of our software solutions. This role requires a combination of programming skills (namely Java, JavaScript, and ReactJS)
and a thorough understanding of cloud-based technologies, database management, and API development.
Technical Skills
1. Full Stack Development:
- Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript.
- Build efficient user interfaces and single-page applications with ReactJS.
- Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
2. Cloud Integration:
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Utilize cloud services to enhance application scalability and performance.
3. Database Management:
- Design and implement database solutions using both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
4. API Development and Integration:
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party and vendor APIs.
- Containerize solutions and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes (AKS).
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of API management.
5. Collaboration and Code Reviews:
- Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to high-quality software standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with application security standards.
6. Testing and CI/CD:
- Write and maintain unit tests to validate software reliability and functionality.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined testing and deployment.
Nice-to-have skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
- Experience with Apache Tomcat or Jetty
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design(OOD), Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito for Java
- Experience with secure coding practices
- Experience with Linux
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Skilled in RESTful API development and integration.
- Proficient in containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
