**Eaton’s Eletrical division is currently seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator to join our team.** This position is based in Cuautitlan
The OD Coordinator is responsible of the Recruitment and selection of hourly and salary positions, support and coordinate the facility’s training and development programs, develop the communication plan of the site and give support in the Wellness initiatives.
The OD Coordinator will be also responsible of:
- Administers and coordinate the facility’s training and development programs for hourly and salary employees including the Eaton New Hire Orientation and n-Boarding Programs.




- Elaborate communication supports to help managers and employees understand HR tools and processes and organization changes.
- Coordinate Monthly Plant Wide Meeting for the three shifts. (meeting, presentation, assistance control)
- Support the facility’s special events program.
- Support the Human Resources Supervisor in the establishment of the Eaton culture (Employee survey / HR Operating Review, leadership model, wellness committee etc.)
- Be part of the Wellness team in order to deploy the initiatives and programs, Collaborate with the EHS team in the Audit Process from Corporate.
- Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution required.
- Excellent English/Spanish communication skills
- Strong Experience in Training Process and Skills Matrix
- Knowledge of Training compliance in STPS
- Experience in Talent Acquisition Processes




- Good management of communication programs and employee services.
- Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience in a large manufacturing facility (300+ employees) required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
