Become a key element in the Communication team by designing, executing, supervising and reporting on creative strategies to ensure Cartier’s events for press and clients succeed.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Events**




- Establishment and management of the animations calendar according to Cartier's strategy.
- Devise a brief and concept for every event
- Manage every aspect of the successful execution of events such as product launches, boutique openings, distributor’s events, in-store events, client treatments, and local and international institutional press trips.
- Respond to image requests from HQ guidelines
- Manage international requests: champagne, event gifting
- Supervise an accurate selection of collaborators for events: agencies, grooms, bartenders, etc.
- Coordinate internal events such as conventions, staff training, Christmas Party
- Follow up with the Commercial and PR teams on the needs of each event: client selection, appointment schedule, and animation results.
- Design creative and qualitative options for client treatment
- Research and communicate to the department about related elements of the market and competition via a benchmark report.
- **Reporting**
- Post-event reports for Cartier International
- **Budget**
- Follow-up on Events Budget
- Participate in updating LE tables and budget planning




- Handle invoicing for providers
- **Internal Communications**
- Feed Cartier Connect and Yammer platforms
- Develop presentations for Marketing & Commercial internal meetings
- Lead and supervise Event coordinator
- Update all the local involved areas on the event agenda

**Required experience**:
- PR, event production, media monitoring, project management, liaising with agencies and suppliers
