The National IS Program Manager, under the guidance of the Regional IS Program Manager, serves as the primary spokesperson for the WMS SwiftLog (SL) program and its surroundings including automation in the country.
**Tu función **:The role will provide functional, technical and operational expertise for any SL projects in the country along with supporting CL presales activities and helping drive the adoption of standardized systems. The role will help validate requirements, alongside the rest of the IS team in the country, and act as design lead for complex implementations.
**Tus responsabilidades**:
- Provides process definition / improvement for current SL operations
- Act as Design Lead and / or vet any new SL implementation or sales cycle where SL is in scope
- Drive Partner Management including scope definition, SLAs/KPIs, Finance and partner consultant evaluations
- Provide the relevant technical expertise around product integrations and advance warehousing concepts / functionalities
- Oversee, mentor, and develop the CL IS Implementation team to support the complete WMS portfolio, successfully executing on both client implementations and internal strategic/ change management initiatives
- Strategize with global and regional resources to ensure that national and regional requirements are being built into global solutions that meet country/Region strategic direction
- Ensure that the necessary integration points, methods, and solutions in the country are aligned with the Regional/global strategy and are able to become best practices within the region
- Drive conformance to Contract Logistics guidelines and CTI project methodology
**Tus habilidades y experencias**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management
- Solid knowledge of WMS/WCS capabilities & logic
- Knowledge of 3PL industry and requisite solutions landscape
- Technical understanding of warehousing system logic, shop floor processes and device mgmt. capabilities.
- Solid analytical abilities and experience in problem solving, project management and process improvement.
- Proven ability to define customer requirements, excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Experience of actively managing internal and external customers and suppliers / partners
- Interpersonal client-facing and collaboration skills
- Presentation skills
Office and Warehouse environment
Travel to represent Country/region/company, both domestic and international. Estimate of up to 50%.
