**Main Responsibilities**:
- Preparation and implementation of administrative processes
- Develop and monitor administrative / corporate processes
- Negotiate and implement best practices in the different business verticals.
- Identify market and product opportunities
- Coordinate and manage Onboardings with internal teams.
- Intervenes efficiently with all areas involved
- Planning and development together with senior managers, financial models.
- Achieve overall goals
- Territory strategies
- Identifies market needs and changes
- Support the Business Plan
- Manage product training
**Position Challenges**:
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
- Basic bookkeeping experience,
especially in accounts payable/receivable
- Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets

**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in areas that require coordination, management and monitoring of tasks, market analysis and corporate processes. Multitasking proactive areas with a desire to learn and continue training professionally
- English - intermediate - advanced
- Graduated in administrative career / business
