**Job Description**:
- Ensure the preservation of existing buildings and the correct construction of new ones and / or modifications in TIP, as well as the functionality for the activities that each department needs to develop. In charge of the group outsourcing of civil maintenance for the plant. Administration of areas in TIP.
1. Preventive maintenance of buildings:
ensure that maintenance plans are made on time, either through internal resources or outsourcing contracts. Constantly update maintenance plans in management system.
2. Corrective buildings maintenance: verify that by means of internal resources or outsourcing corrective maintenance actions are performed that allow buildings to continue giving the service that each department requires from them.
3. Area Management: Ensure that an updated record of the areas for the documented plant is maintained through a CAD system. In the registry you have to consider the distribution by cost center, as well as the available areas.
4. Management of construction projects:
- Coordinate construction projects from planning, design, and execution.
- Coordinate all internal elements: customers, departments, purchase orders, etc.
- Procedures for construction permits by: Mexican government, central departments of Bosch in the United States and Germany.
5. Responsible for civil maintenance group of the plant:
coordinate the activities of the civil area maintenance group: 1 design and supervise company and numerous maintenance construction Outsourcing companies.
7. Responsible for relocation of offices, furniture: growth and orderly modifications, standardization for furniture.
8. PosItion Tasks:
- Supervision of civil works.
- Follow-up to administration of annual services.
- Preparation of work progress report.
- Preparation of service scopes.
- Execution of notifications for maintenance plans for TIP buildings.
- Percentage of compliance 5's.
- Authorize hazardous work permits in conjunction with the occupational safety department, reviewing the safety conditions of the work areas.
- Follow up to construction projects from planning, design, and execution.
- Implement timing of activities to ensure the development of projects.
- Technical review of engineering for civil maintenance projects.
- Review of generating numbers vs executed scope of projects.
- Request invoices to suppliers and review document in platform payment.
- Identify and propose civil maintenance solution to TIP facilities.
- Visit to Bosch Satellites for implementation of new works or follow up to works in progress.
- Gemba walk at TIP and Satellites about improvements in buildings.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Architect or Civil engineer
Experience: Elementary experience in civil works design, resident of works.
