[BHQ-045] - Sr Program Controls Specialist - Cost Control

**Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life**: Provides project analysis, process improvement, and metrics for customer (current or future) projects and process migration activities. In some SBGs, may provide this support for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. For Aerospace, Development Program planning and controls falls under this sub-function. HINT: Incumbents supporting mostly internal Honeywell (not customer or development) projects/programs should be matched to the Program/Process Adm & Control subfunction.
Key activities
- Partner with the Integrated Program Team to assist PM in the development, maintaining and controlling cost budgets and schedule using EVM and project schedule.



Assist PM in Performing risk analysis and change order management.
- Ensure PM compliance with GPMO requirements
- Cost, Earned Value Management (EVM), and schedule techniques focused on best practices to develop, maintain, and control Cost and schedule using EVM baselines and project schedules, from initial creation through scope completion on programs with varying durations and complexities.
- Ensure successful execution of other key program management practices such as risk management, financial planning, and analysis,
- Coach and mentor Project Analysts with less experience to improve their skills and capabilities.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years’ experience in EVM (Earned Value Management)
- Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
- 3 years minimum experience with reporting
- Advance english level
