**This is a hybrid (40% offsite and 60% onsite) role in Mexico City**
This role requires in-office training. After that, the position will be 40% offsite and 60% work at the office in Colonia Granada/Polanco.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create job descriptions and post to various sites
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to hire qualified talent in a timely manner
- Perform occasional HR Administrative duties such as helping with new hire setup/orientation
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- 1-2 years of in-house/agency staffing experience
- Strong sourcing ability and a diverse bag of tricks
- Autonomous and proactive mindset
- Great negotiation and selling skills
- Able to work in a rapidly evolving field
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Advanced English level
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience with ERP
- Experience in a SaaS company
- Additional languages

- Sueldo base basado en experiência a partir de $14,000 pesos brutos + plan de comisiones no topadas.
