**Introduction**

Our Infrastructure Specialists are responsible for keeping up with these latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Provides support for operations and production incidents. Has deep undestanding of the GCP platform's technology, configuration, access controls,
capabilities and limitations; and the ability to do hands on manual and automated configuration.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum 3 year of system administration experience with Linux, RHEL7x (networking, data base administration, virtualization, and storage, File/Folder Permissions, Local Storage/SAN/NAS/NFS/ISCSI Mounted Storage)
- Experience with TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, Hubs, Firewalls, Domains, DNS, DHCP, and Subnets using CIDR
- Familiarity with Azure productos, examples: Azure VM, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, Azure VM, Azure Networking, VPN’s.).
- Be comfortable using Network Hardware CLI & GUI’s to troubleshoot issues (Cisco IOS / PAN)
- Familiarity with the principles and practice of system configuration management using modern declarative tools. (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.)
- Demonstrate basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python or Powershell)
- Familiarity with Patch Management Software, understand core concepts of patch strategy and software
- Firm grasp of what PaaS, SaaS, IaaS.
- Ability to work off-shifts (Sunday-Thursday and/or Tuesday - Saturday).
- Fluent in English, as a second language. Excellent verbal/written communication
