**WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER**:
The Analyst for Executive Director Mexico Country Program will perform operational and administrative tasks including travel and event logistics, agenda & contract management, organization of high-level events, contact management, reporting as well as research and analysis documents. She/he will manage internal communications of the Business Unit and support the Proposal Review Team, Leadership and All Staff meetings and other internal work groups in alignment with tasks related to the Executive Director. These tasks require excellent proactive organizational and tracking skills to ensure the agenda, facilitation and agreements are produced for each meeting based on Highly Effective Teams and other management tools. High level events will also require excellent capacities to coordinate, trouble-shoot and engage with a broad range of teams within and outside of TNC.
S/he may take part in the implementation of specific projects and may take leadership roles within these projects or special assignments in agreement with the Executive Director.



S/he will be tasked to develop summary documents on climate change, environmental and/or sustainability policies and current events related to the Business Unit which s/he will need to research, synthesize and present for high level communications and decision making for the Executive Director.
S/he will communicate on behalf of his/her supervisor with staff in various programs across the Conservancy, as well as with donors, vendors, and business relations. S/he will provide other staffs with information they need to make decisions and to solve problems, and to assist workflow throughout the organization. S/he will coordinate activities with multiple variables, setting realistic deadlines and managing the timeline.
S/he will be required to develop excellent knowledge of the organization operations,



internal communication and take a proactive role in ensuring strict compliance with guidelines and standard operating procedures relevant to her/position. This position requires a proactive and problem-solving mentality in high demand environment.
The Analyst will use TNC's code of conduct and competencies as a baseline for conducting their actions and being an example to others.
**WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU**:
The Analyst for Executive Director Mexico Country Program will provide direct administrative and project support mainly to the Executive Director with possible support to other team members within the Business Unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
- Perform duties under general supervision and established guidelines;
- Perform a range of operational/administrative tasks such as logistics, travel arrangements, and contract management




- Identify routine problems and utilize existing resources for resolution, referring difficult questions/decisions to the supervisor;
- Manage Director’s calendar organizing meetings according with requests and importance, and coordinating with Director when needed. Go one step ahead on the calendar and organizing priorities
- Support Director with the People Survey action plan tracking the execution and giving feedback to Director of the following up of the actions.
- Takes a proactive role in contributing to the Unit’s strategy and communication across departments and staff.
- Support day-to-day decisions within the scope of work assignments and prioritize work independently;
- Demonstrates sensitivity in handling confidential information;
- Work overtime as needed




- Work environment involves only infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements and physical exertion and/or strain.
- Ensures compliance with TNC internal policies, procedures, and external requirements
- Provides support for budget and financial reports for Exec Director
- Updates databases related to internal Mexico coordination and projects
- Actively participates in committees (sustainability, health & safety)
- Coordinates internal communication within Mexico staff: and if needed with other staff or stakeholders. Setting up meetings, agenda, and follows up agreements
- Acts as liaison with marketing & communication team
