Duties & Responsibilities:
**Summary/objective**

- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user requirements and business goals into actionable design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of UX design experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- Experience building design systems.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
**Supervisory responsibilities**
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
**Work environment**
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.

**Physical demands**
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
