**General Description**:
The Export Customer Planning Specialist will be responsible to guarantee the delivery of vehicles sourced from seven plant around the world to our customers in Latin America, to contribute the achievement of local and regional targets as Wholesales, Retail Sales, and Customer Service.
As part of the key role is to contribute to generate cross-functional projects that lead to the digitalization of the company.
**Key activities**
**Ordering**:
Understanding of order to deliver process.
Ordering calendar notification to customers.
Follow up on order capturing and confirmation.
**Payment confirmation.**
- Follow up on payment confirmation process. -Report payment delay or risks to Management.
**Shipping Instructions.**
- Review order records in detail & tracking of back order.
- Confirm prices.
- Prepare shipping instructions on time.
**Shipment plans.**
- Notification of shipment plan and tracking of deliveries. -Shipment risk anticipation and communication.
- Follow up on aging inventory to avoid extra costs.
**Documentation Management**
Export documents reception and revision along with importer:
- Invoice.
- Packing list.
- Export declaration.
- Payment Request.
- Certificate of Origin notification to customers.
**Client follows up.**
- internal and external communication with customers. Providing agile notifications and data support.
**Qualifications**:
**Education/Certifications**:
- International Business / Commerce / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or any other related bachelor's degree.
**Previous Work Experience, in any of the following fields**:
- Sales Administration
- Customer Service
- Outbound Logistics
**Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- ** Language**:
English (Intermediate - Advance / Conversational needed).
- ** Travel %**: Occasionally (15% different sites).
- ** Must have**:Teamwork, adaptability, Accountable, Proactive, Organized, Planning and Leadership, Communication.
- ** Computer Skills**: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, SAP System(desirable).
- ** Competencies**: Problem solving, Prioritization, Leadership, Decision Making.
