**What you’ll do?**
- Ensure that managed areas within your service are performing to contractual objectives and identify service improvements where appropriate.
- Deep understanding of the client's business and developing relationships with client representatives, identifying ways to add value.
- Manage some aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving SLAs and KPIs for relevant areas.
- Responsible for providing services within scope for specific areas with assistance from technical leaders.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience as a cloud and SAP service delivery manager (indistinct, Azure preferred) Minimum 4 years.
