MDC is seeking an ambitious Account Executive based in Mexico to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving success in data center colocation!
**Your Mission**:
As an Account Executive at MDC, your mission is to identify new business opportunities by prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, assisting them in reaching their goals, and closing deals for the company.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Actively seek out and identify potential business opportunities.
- Research to understand companies' needs, identify decision-makers, and pinpoint potential clients.
- Conduct outreach and prospecting activities through various channels to engage potential clients. This may involve cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online channels to generate leads.
- Contact leads provided by the marketing team and conduct discovery sessions with them to identify business opportunities and determine how to best serve the client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and support.
- Understand clients' goals and objectives and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success.
- Formulate business cases to bolster deal closures.
- Input accurate and up-to-date information into the CRM system, including contact details, communication history, and any relevant notes or interactions with clients.
- Update lead statuses, add notes after each contact, and monitor lead progress through the sales pipeline within the CRM.
- Develop accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and product teams to develop proposals that meet clients' needs.
- Develop negotiation strategies, present offers, and document negotiation processes and outcomes.
- Present offers and counteroffers in a clear and persuasive manner, taking into account the needs and concerns of all parties involved.
- Document the negotiation process, including key discussions, agreements, and decisions, to maintain a record of the negotiation's progress and outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison to facilitate the signing of NDAs, contracts, and other necessary documents.
- Ensure clients complete required forms and provide necessary information for billing and project initiation.
- Clearly communicate client needs and expectations to the operations team for successful service delivery.
- Introduce clients to relevant members of various departments to establish relationships and facilitate success.
- Continually seek feedback from clients and team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and experiences.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual - English and Spanish required.
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
- 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
- Experience in prospecting activities.
- Experience in conducting client discovery sessions to identify business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes.
- Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers and product teams
- Proficient with Google Workspace,
Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Work arrangement**
- Remote - Should be based in Mexico
