Fleet Operations Representative Analyst
Purpose
- Duties
- Fulfill document requests from external customers, including contract and title copies, loan balance reports, amortization schedules, account payment histories.
- Support minor accounts payable tasks, invoice review and suspense funding monitoring.
- Make independent decisions for appropriate action to be taken according to documented policies and procedures.
- Evaluate incoming requests and determine if all required information and approvals are included to fulfill the request in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- Assess risk and determine when to appropriately escalate to next level management.

- High School degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
