**Job Summary**:
Additionally, you should have experience working with cloud-based data warehousing platforms, such as AWS Redshift, and be proficient in SQL and Python.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with data analysts, data architects and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Design and develop visualizations to address business specific pain points.
- Design, develop, test, and implement data integration solutions using ETL tools and techniques
- Very strong understanding of Data warehouses, DW design best practices and DW population.
- Analyze data to identify root causes and solutions to business challenges.
- Monitor and maintain the end to end data platform to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of ETLs and Reports.
- Lead Junior ETL and BI Developers on complex projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing
- Strong knowledge of SSIS and SQL.
- Strong communication abilities are essential for this role,
as it involves frequent interactions with the business team and demands a proficient grasp of business discussions, along with the capability to effectively convey concepts in return.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in SQL and database technologies, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
- Working experience and strong knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- AWS Redshift knowledge and experience, including data population and transformation best practices, orchestration, security, and data governance is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java is a big plus.
