Are you passionate about cutting edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and ambient computing? The Amazon Alexa International team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the launch of new Alexa powered devices and experiences in Mexico and Spanish speaking US.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the CX of the Alexa Spanish experience in Echo and FTV devices.
- Define user needs and identify gaps, features enhancements and opportunities to grow the business.
- Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Mexico City, DIF, MEX
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
