Team Overview:
New verticals for delivery offers challenges that require creativity, ingenuity, and hardwork. Looking to built delivery capabilities for any type of bussines the platform would wish to take on next.
Role Responsibilities:
- Generation and maintenance of data tools for strategy operations team (Templates, dashboards, data insights, etc.)
- Generate reports and monitors for team performance (data visibility)
- Bespoke analysis and special projects (Competition analysis, Tax transition project, POP distribution plans, other strategic challenges)
- Facilitate data generation for store/courier daily activities
- Deliver data-driven insights about the business, finding opportunities to scale our impact, and influencing decisions within the team
Role Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking,
consumer goods, or internet services with passion to drive changes
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer science, Actuary or any related bachelor’s degree.
- Proven hands-on mentality, self-motivated and self-directed: feeling comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and high level
- Solid problem solving skills to tackle problems from different angles using data-driven thinking to identify insights and develop potential solutions in ambiguous environment.
- Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
- Excellent organization and time management systems for yourself and your employees.
- Expert working knowledge of Excel is a must. Programming languages (Python, SQL and R) highly appreciated
- Full proficiency in English & Spanish.
