.Early Professional**DESIGN ENGINEER ON POWER PLANT CONTROL****LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU****Your profile**- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in power plant controls engineering and/or proposal development.- Experience with steam water systems and control of major components such as bypass valves, drum level control valves, boiler feed pumps, etc.- Familiarity with control concepts such as feed forward, three element control, and bump-less transfer.- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.- Ability to support, lead, and complete several proposals simultaneously.- Ability to prioritize while working in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Mexico without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

**Your responsibilities**- Develop control system hardware and software design specifications for systems of conventional and new energy fields.- Oversee and direct the work of the control system supplier.- Support reference design development & maintenance activities- Support plant commissioning activities.- Lead proposal efforts on Sales opportunities from bid approval through turnover of won projects (including development of the proposed technical concept, cost calculation and technical proposal).- Review customer specifications and provide automation solutions to meet customer requirements as stated by the end user and/or identify exceptions.- Recommend acceptable solutions in accordance with technical standards as defined by both the Product Managers and Project Execution experts.- Develop clear and concise technical proposals that support the Sales strategy and the overall business goals of the organization.- Ensure that established business processes are followed and seek opportunities to improve the established processes.- Maintain and improve the tools and templates used to develop proposals and to document Controls design including MS Excel calculation tools and MS Word templates.- Seek to improve financial performance of proposal efforts while maintaining and enhancing customer and project team satisfaction.- Ensure that established business processes are followed and seek opportunities to improve the established processes.- Lead and participate in business improvement projects.- Proactively document and share lessons learned.
